Where in Florida Should You Start?

Four markets. Four different Florida lifestyles. Explore each one to find where your move could take you.

Jacksonville & Northeast Florida

Jacksonville, Florida

Coastal Northeast Florida

Jacksonville spreads across Northeast Florida, pairing a large urban core with beach towns, riverfront neighborhoods and growing suburbs. The St. Johns River runs through the metro, and the Atlantic coast and Intracoastal are part of everyday life here. It is a practical choice if you want ocean access without leaving a full-size metro behind.

  • Atlantic beaches and Intracoastal access
  • St. Johns River neighborhoods
  • Military-connected communities
  • Urban, suburban and coastal options side by side

Why we start with new construction

Start With the Strongest Opportunities

Most home searches start with every listing on the market. Nubuild starts by identifying new-home communities and financing opportunities that may create the strongest overall value — then we compare those options with the right resale homes for your move.

What we look at first

Not the longest list of homes — the opportunities that may create the strongest total value.

We compare estimated monthly payment and estimated cash needed to close, not list price alone. Offers vary by builder, community, home, lender, market, timing and buyer qualification.

  • Rate Opportunities

Builder or preferred-lender programs may change the monthly-payment comparison on select homes for qualified buyers.

  • Builder-Paid Closing Costs

Builder contributions may help reduce the amount of cash needed at closing.

  • Rate Buydowns & Financing Strategies

Temporary or permanent buydowns and other financing strategies may be available depending on builder, home, lender, market and qualification.

Two sides of one move

Selling Before You Move?

If you currently own a home, that property is usually part of the relocation strategy — not a separate project. Tell Nubuild about it when you build your move plan. We can support your destination purchase directly and help coordinate selling guidance, or an approved referral where that is the better route for your area.

Relocation Questions

Can I begin looking for homes before I move to Florida?

Yes. Most of our relocation clients start months before moving day. We can review markets and communities with you remotely and keep a shortlist moving while you plan the rest of the move.

Can Nubuild help me compare Jacksonville, Ocala, Orlando and Tampa?

That is one of the main reasons to start with us. Each market has a different mix of communities, commutes and housing options, and we walk through the tradeoffs with you rather than pushing one destination.

Does Nubuild only work with new construction?

New construction is our specialty, not our limit. If an existing home is the better fit for your location, timing or budget, we will help you compare appropriate resale options too.

What if I haven't spoken with a lender yet?

That is completely normal at this stage. Tell us on the form and we can point you toward lender options to speak with. Nubuild does not make lending decisions or approve financing.

What if I need to sell my current home before moving?

Let us know when you build your move plan. We can help coordinate appropriate selling support, or an approved referral where that makes more sense, and factor the sale into your timing.

Can Nubuild help me see homes remotely?

Yes. Virtual consultations, video tours and community walkthroughs with a local Nubuild agent are a normal part of relocating from out of state.

Can Nubuild help me find current Florida homes?

Yes. Tell us the market, what you're looking for and your approximate range, and a Nubuild advisor can help you identify current opportunities.
